LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad's Coastal Zone located at: Faraday Avenue to future Cannon Road in Local Facilities Management Zone 8. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after December 31, 1998.
