All proposals received were well thought out and reflected the highest professional approach to supplying the City's requested services. A Selection Committee evaluated the proposals in terms of meeting our needs, qualifications, and experience of both the firm and the individuals and ability to get a timely, complete job done. After evaluating each proposal as equitably as possible, the firm of RECON was selected. If negotiations are not successful in reaching an acceptable contract with the above firm, we may contact other firms who have submitted proposals.
