CITY OF CARLSBAD PROJECT NO. 3593
We were pleased to receive your proposal for biological, archaeological and
paleontological monitoring for Faraday Avenue Extension. All proposals received were
well thought out and reflected the highest professional approach to supplying the City's
requested services.
A Selection Committee evaluated the proposals in terms of meeting our needs,
qualifications, and experience of both the firm and the individuals and ability to get a
timely, complete job done. After evaluating each proposal as equitably as possible, the
firm of RECON was selected. If negotiations are not successful in reaching an
acceptable contract with the above firm, we may contact other firms who have submitted
proposals.
Thank you for your time and effort in providing us with this proposal. It is sincerely
