This letter is In regard to our concerns on th« development of the 44 single family homes parcel 214-
540-01) caHed Seaside Estates. We are homeowners m Seaside Heights, the adjacent development to
the west. The following are questions and issues:
1 . Construction Planning- We request that Robtoea and Befleltower Road not be used for access by
the construction crew. Access should be made via Avtara Parkway and Plum Tree. Thte Is to
minimize the traffic and ensure safety for children.

3. Where wfll models be located and visitor traffic patterns?
4. is this a gated community? How wll dWston between Seaside Heights and Seaside Estates be
recognized? Wffl the sign off of Avlara Parkway still state Seaside Heights or be changed?
5. We are currently hi Lot *37 (Lotadjacent to Seaside Ei^es). Request the cunwl wooden fence
6. Can we contact PHD Homes directly concerning Issues with architecture, cotor, style, etc.?
7. Can we get records of lot costs and sale price of parcel?
