LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located in Aviara Planning Area 18, at the southeast corner of Ambrosia Lane and Poinsettia Lane, in Local Facilities Management Zone 19. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after October29, 1998. Anneals to the Citv Council: Where the decision is appealable to the City Council, appeals must be filed in writing within ten (10) calendar days after a decision by the Planning Commission. 2.
