Applicant: Dalcmin. Tnc (Dalcmin Apartments^ CDP 98-53 We at the apartments at the north border of this proposed development have the following concerns. 1- The architectural plot plan shows that a trash dumpster enclosure will be provided at the norlh / west corner of the lot. This is directly south of three apartments (lOfcct), and will poise a insect and health problem to residence. Solution: Place the trash dumpster enclosure at the north/east corner of the lot. This provides adequate distance from the apartments (SOfeet aprox) , so insects and health concerns can be reduced. 2- The present plans provides for little green scape (plants) around the two structures. This development will be mostly concrete covered land. Solution: Do not require the removal of the large trees on southeast corner of lot. Reduce the number of units on lot, 3- There is to be 4units on this property located in two buildings. Each will have two master bedrooms. There will likely be two cars per unit = 8 cars. There are no parking spaces being provided for visitors. Solution : Reduce size of development, Thank you for taking our concerns into consideration.
