Attached you will find our proposed revisions to the site plan to accommodate the on-site
turn around access requested by Engineering/ Traffic. You will note that the turn around
can be accommodated within the area shown with 48" of additional space. The vehicles
do not have to use any of the other proposed spaces for making this maneuver.
The dimensions given are for Group IV Large Cars with a wheel base of 10'-8" and a
track of 5-2" . Source for the three point "Y" turn shown is The Parking Panacea, a
