LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad's Coastal Zone located on the west side of Carlsbad Boulevard at Pine Avenue in Local Facilities Management Zone 1. ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER: N/A APPLICANT: CityofCarlsbad 2075 Las Palmas Carlsbad, CA 92008 A public hearing on the above proposed project will be held by the Design Review Board in the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, Califomia, on October 8, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after October 1, 1998.
