RE: CDP 98-69 - SAXONY SEWER PUMP STATION
Steve Jepson with Dudek and Associates reports that Jane Smith is the contact
person with the State Lands Commission. Her number is (916) 574-1892. The
Saxony project is not within the Batiquitos Lagoon Enhancement Project
boundary as the project site was not affected by the Batiquitos project.
Mitigation land for the project may end up being near Quail Gardens/Encinitas
golf course in the form of either the creation of a wetland area or enhancement
of an existing willow habitat as approved by Army Corps.
