CDP 98-69: SAXONY PUMP STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT
COMPLETENESS REVIEW AND INITIAL ISSUES STATEMENT
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above referenced project
for application completeness and have determined that the application and plans
submitted for the project are complete and suitable for continued review. Staff has
also conducted a review of the project for engineering issues of concern. Engineering
issues which must be resolved or adequately addressed prior to staff making a
determination on the proposed project are as follows:
1. At the present time the La Costa Avenue widening project is underway. Expected
completion date is June 1999. No construction access to the project site will be
available until completion of the street widening project.
2. The construction of a traffic signal is part of the street widening project. Detector
loops at the pump station driveway will be required.
3. Please clarify Sheet C-3 construction item 17.
4. Please submit documentation establishing the new property line.
5. Show in the site plan an environmental fence to be used for the protection of
sensitive areas that are not to be disturbed.
