Re: CDP 98-69 - Saxony Pump Station Rehabilitation
Dear Mr. Lynch:
In response to your letter dated 4/16/99, requesting additional materials for the Coastal
Development Permit we are submitting the following materials:
• 10 copies of 24" x 36" final construction plans, stapled and folded into SVa" x 11"
size.
• One S'/z" x 11" copy of the reduced site plan, building elevation (section), pump
station floor (interior) plan, and site cross section.
• 600' owners list.
• Two sets mailing labels of the property owners listed on the 600' owners list.
• Radius map showing all lots and assessor's parcel numbers for the properties within a
600' radius of the project.
• Disclosure statement with signature authorization document.
• Fee for postage to the property owners listed. Fee is in the form of a check to City of
Carlsbad from Dudek & Associates, Inc. for the amount of $ 3.63.

A list of the occupants within a 100' radius of the project was not submitted because there
are no occupants within 100' of the project.
