Commission as to the date the Coastal Commission’s appeal period will conclude. Appeals must be
made in writing to the Coastal Commission’s district office at the following address: California

The time within which.judicinl review ofthis decision musr be sought is governed by Code @Civil Procedures. Section 1094.6, which has been mode applicable in the
City of Carlsbad by Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 16. Any petition or other paper seeking judicial review must be filed in the appropriate court not later than
ninety (90) days following the date on which this decision becomes final; however, if within ten (IO) days after the decision becomes final a request for the record of the proceedings accompanied by the required deposit in an amount suf$cient to cover the estimated cost ofpreparqtion of such a record, the time within which such petition may be filed in court is extended to not later than thirty (30) days following the date on which the record is either personally delivered or mailed to the party, or his attorney of record, if he has one.
