CONDITIONS TRANSMITTAL
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the subject project and is recommending that
the project be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to hauling dirt, construction materials of construction equipment to or from the proposed
construction site, the contractor shall submit to and receive approval from the City Engineer for the
proposed haul route. The contractor shall comply with all conditions and requirements the City
Engineer may impose with regards to the hauling operation.
2. The Traffic Control Plan identified on the improvement plan set shall be maintained in good
working order throughout the duration of the construction. Additional traffic control measures
may be required by the City Engineer if necessary.
