Properties Specific Plan
Dear Greg:
As required by the Coastal Development Permit (CDP 98-79) for MS 98-10 (Parcel C of the
Poinsettia Properties Specific Plan), this letter accompanies payment of the Agricultural
Mitigation Fee for Parcel C (APN 214-150-18).
Parcel C encompasses 17.493 acres of mitigation land (see approved Tentative Parcel Map (MS
98-10)). Per previous conversation with you and Van Lynch, payment of the fee is based on
$5,000 per acre, for a total of $87,465.00 (one check from Shea Home in the amount of
$79,965.00 for the northern parcel and one check from Poinsettia Investors, LLC in the amount
of $7,500.00 for the southern parcel).
