1. One (1) copy of the project discription
2. Ten (10) copies of the Tentative Parcel Map.
3. One (1) reduced copy of the Tentative Parcel Map.
4. One (1) location map.
5. One (1) origional and one (1) copy of the Public Facilities Fee Agreement.
6. One (1) check for the Public Facilities Fee Agreement and the Coastal
Development permit fees in the amount of $1062.50 (check # 010026)
As previously requested by the Planning Department, also included with the submittal is one (1)
completed Land Use Review Application and one (1) completed Application for an
Administrative Coastal Development Permit.
