The Planning Department has reviewed your Coastal Development Permit, application no. CDP 98-84, as to its completeness for processing. The application is complete, as submitted. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. The City may, in the course of processing the application, request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise, supplement the basic information required for the application. In addition, you should also be aware that various design issues may exist. These issues must be addressed before this application can be scheduled for a hearing. Engineering: None. ISSUES OF CONCERN Planning: 1. The garage must have an interior dimension of twenty feet square free and clear. Engineering: 1. If drain in-lets are to be used at the rear corners of the subject lot, then please show drain locations on the site plan. Provide grate elevation, invert elevation, drain pipe flow elevation, and curb-outlet elevation. If drain lines are not proposed, then specify how concentrated flow at the rear of the lot will cross Lot 5.
