COMPLETENESS REVIEW
PROJECT ID: CDP 98-84 - Oliver Residence
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. The following issue must be addressed
prior to approval of this Coastal Development Permit.
1. If drain in-lets are to be used at the rear corners of the subject lot, then please show drain
locations on the site plan. Provide grate elevation, invert elevation, drain pipe flow elevation,
and curb-outlet elevation. If drain lines are not proposed, then specify how concentrated flow
at the rear of the lot will cross Lot 5.
Once the aforementioned information is provided and checked by me, please add the following
conditions of approval to the approving resolution:
1. The developer shall pay all current fees and deposits required.
2. The owner of the subject property shall execute an agreement holding the City harmless
regarding drainage across the adjacent property.
3. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant or property owner shall
provide proof that an easement(s) for drainage across lot 5 of the La Costa Downs
Subdivision for the benefit of Lot 16 (the subject property) has been recorded with
the County Recorder.
If you or the applicant have any questions regarding the above, please either see or call me at
extension 4324.
