LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located on the west side of Carlsbad Boulevard between the north and south ends of Shore Drive within Local Facilities Management Zone 3. ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER: 2 1 O-062- 11 APPLICANT: Dennis Mathis 3351 Venado St. Carlsbad, CA 92009 A public hearing on the above proposed project will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, on July 7, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after July 1, 1999. AnDeals to the City Council: Where the decision is appealable to the City Council, appeals must be .filed in writing within ten (10) calendar days after a decision by the Planning Commission. 2. Where the decision is appealable to the Coastal Commission, appeals must be filed with the Coastal Commission within ten (10) working days after the Coastal Commission has received a Notice of Final Action from the City of Carlsbad.
