CDP 99-10--MIJUSKOVIC RESIDENCE The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project. Engineering staff does not have any comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions of approval to the approving resolution: The developer shall pay all current fees and deposits required. The owner of the subject property shall execute an agreement holding the City harmless regarding drainage across the adjacent property. Prior to approval of any grading or building permits for this project, the owner shall give written consent to the annexation of the area shown within the boundaries of the subdivision into the existing City of Carlsbad Street Lighting and Landscaping District No. 1 on a form provided by the City. Prior to hauling dirt or construction materials to or from any proposed construction site within this project, the developer shall submit to and receive approval from the City Engineer for the proposed haul route. The developer shall comply with all conditions and requirements the City Engineer may impose with regards to the hauling operation. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the property owner shall pay a one-time special development tax in accordance with City Council Resolution No. 91-39. The owner shall enter into a lien contract for the future public improvement of Carlsbad Blvd. along the project frontage for a half street width of fifty feet. Public improvements shall include, but not be limited to, paving, base, sidewalks, curbs and gutter, grading, clearing and grubbing, undergrounding or relocation of utilities, sewer, water, fire hydrants, street lights and retaining walls.
