SUBJECT: PRE 99-67 - .MIJUSKOVIC RESIDENCE, RESUBMITTAL OF SUBSTANTIAL
CONFORMANCE
The Planning Director has completed a review of your resubmittal of PRE 99-67,
application for Substantial Conformance Review of Coastal Development Permit CDP 99-
10, (APN: 210-062-I l-00). After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding
this request, the Planning Director has determined that the application qualifies for
Substantial Conformance with the approved permit and therefore, approves the changes
to the project based on Planning Director Administrative Policy No. 35.
