The Developer's should be aware of the following:
a) Meet with the District's Project Engineer to discuss potable water meter and sewer lateral
locations. The Developer must establish in cooperation with the Water District the adequacy of
the existing connections or the necessity for new services. These improvements must be
shown on an approved set of design plans to be signed by the District Engineer.
b) The Developer must also establish in cooperation with the District the areas required to be
irrigated with recycled water, if any.
