development permit described below:

Description: Conversion of 851 sq.ft. of 1,608 sq.ft basement from non-habitable
storage area to habitable area.
Location: 5139 Carlsbad Blvd., Carlsbad (San Diego County)
Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end
of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on July 24, 2001.
Our office will notify you if an appeal is filed.
