SUBJECT: CDP 99-44 - LEUCADIA LOW FLOW STORM DRAIN SYSTEM
The above referenced application has been on file for six months (September 14, 1999 to March 15,
2000). Notification was given on September 22, 1999 that the application was incomplete, along with a
list of items/information needed to complete the application. You were also notified that failure to
resubmit the application or to submit the necessary materials within six months of initial submittal
constitutes withdrawal of the application.
As a result, this letter is notification to you that CDP 99-44 for the Leucadia Low Flow Storm Drain
System has been withdrawn per the City's September 22, 1999 letter and Chapter 21.54.010 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Zoning Ordinance:
"When a determination that an initial application is incomplete has been
transmitted to the applicant, the applicant shall have six months form the
date of the application was initially filed to either resubmit the
application or submit the information specified in the determination.
Failure of the applicant to resubmit the application or to submit the
material in response to the determination within the six months shall be
deemed to constitute withdrawal of the application. If an application is
withdrawn or deemed withdrawn a new application must be submitted."
