Description/Explanation.
THE VILLAS AT THE COVE IS AN IN-FILL PROJECT ON A .64-ACRE SITE
LOCATED ALONG A SMALL INLET LEADING FROM THE AGUA
HEDIONDA LAGOON. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF FOUR QUALITY
WATERFRONT TOWNHOME UNITS, EACH WITH PRIVATE GARAGE,
LIVING ROOM, WALK-IN PANTRY, THREE BEDROOMS AND 2-1/2 BATHS.
THE MASTER SUITE CONTAINS A GENEROUS-SIZED BEDROOM, SITTING
AREA, WALK-IN CLOSET, AND MASTER BATH.
THE UNITS HAVE A PRIVATE ENCLOSED TWO-CAR GARAGE, 20'X20' IN
THE CLEAR, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 3 FEET IN LENGTH FOR STORAGE.
