Description/Explanation:
The project is a tentative map for condominium purposes and is located at 6844
and 6846 Urubu Street. The site is developed with an existing two-story side-by-
side duplex residence.
Each unit is served with separate utilities (gas, electric, water and sewer) and
utilities are served and billed separately to each unit. An existing fire hydrant is
located within 200 feet from the project site.
Public access is served by Urubu Street, a public road. An existing PCC
driveway provides site access to the public right of way. Urubu Street is a fully
improved asphalt concrete road with PCC curb, gutter and sidewalk.
