Dear Saima:
Due to conditions recommended by the City of Carlsbad planning department., we hereby
request to withdraw our application for a condominium project. The proposed project is
not feasible with your recommended conditions, and these conditions were not in
conformance with the site review, nor were we told that new ordinances and policies are
being implemented, therefore we would like you to withdraw the application and
reimburse us the fee's that have been paid to the City.
We will submit a new proposed project to the City for a duplex development.
Your assistance in this project is greatly appreciated.
