Description/Explanation:
The proposed project invloves a tentative subdivision map and condominium
permit (attached planned development) for 82 condominium units to be located
on 5.2 acres, located on Harrison Street, between Chinquapin Avenue and
Adams Street. The proposed project will involve the construction primarily
of two and three-story units, in 13 separate buildings. The site is presently
vacant, with a single family home located in the approximate center of the site.
