Proposal for 2350 Rue des Chateaux dated August 4, 2004.
Final approval for your project is hereby conveyed, subject to the
conditions and limitations as set out in Mr. Gavin's letter to you dated
August 31, 2004. It will be your responsibility to obtain all necessary
building permits and approvals from the applicable local agencies.
Should there be any significant problems or delays in the project
