The board has reviewed the report of rhc rommirr«» and h« ronr,nnrrl with fheir recommendation for approwal cubjtci to tht following conditions and limitations: : 1 The Modification Proposal for 2350 /tue des Chateaux, dated August 4, 2004 submits four (4) alternative architectural drawings numbered one \ \ ) through four (4). The board conditionally approves the project depicted in drawing number three (3). 2 final approval is contingent upon the board obtaining signed approval for the project from Dr and Mrs. Cessarctti, your neighbor at 2340 , 3 Drawing number three (3) shows a skylight in the roof of the new bathroom You' will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and any damage incurred as a result of leaks in and around the skylight Also, at such time as the units are fitted with new roofs, any significant increase in labor and/or material* associated with the skylight will be at your expense. 4 Upon completion of the proposed modifications you are to notify the Architectural Control Committee of such, as required by Article IX, Section & of the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and Reservation of Easements for The Beach " 5 Construction activities arc to be limited to weekdays (Monday-Friday) S Guam to 6 00pm 0.
