CSW200ULTM models of swing gate operators are the first choice for
heavy-traffic applications such as large gated communities, residential
developments, commercial complexes and private estates. Unlike other
systems, the CSW gate operators are designed with a "non-scissor
action" swing arm to greatly reduce the risk of injury. And all models
include the safety and reliability of our OmniControlTM board, the most
advanced control board in the industry.
Featuring the highest quality components and backed by years of
proven dependability, each unit is carefully inspected and mechanically
tested to provide unsurpassed reliability. Unique engineering innovations
in each model also ensure that there's a CSW to meet practically
every swing gate application.

There have been numerous notices in the
past reminding homeowners to pick up after
their pets. There actually should not have
to be constant reminders about this
subject. However, there are still complaints
being made about some of our pet owners violating this
standard procedure. Please respect your community
and abide by this obvious obligation.
We wish everyone a Happy Easter and Happy Passover.

CLUBHOUSE ;.
A committee of Manly Goldman, Marianne
- Adler, and Cyndi Sparacio have been
working with on interior decorator to
provide us with ideas and plans to upgrade
the clubhouse. These plans will be
submitted to the board for consideration for the
homeowner's approval within the next month.
PETS:
There have been numerous notices in the
j past reminding homeowners to pick up after
their pets. There actually should not have
to be constant reminders about this
subject. However, there are still complaints
being made about some of our pet owners violating this
standard procedure. Please respect your community
and abide by this obvious obligation.
We wish everyone a Happy Easter and Happy Passover.
