Condominium Permit Application
Dear Bill:
Pursuant to the Planning Department application for condominium
permit, the following items have been submitted (letter designa-
tion corresponds to items required in Planning Department Appli-
cation Form):
a) Site plan.
b) Preliminary grading and drainage plan.
C) Preliminary landscape and irrigation plan.
d) Building elevations and floor plans.
e) Colored site plan.
f) Colored elevations.
g) Site plan and elevations.
h) Vicinity maps.
i) Environmental impact assessment form, including $100 fee.
j) Public Facilities Agreement has not been included as these
facilities were covered under the Carlsbad Tract #72-20,
Unit No. 2, Map. No. 7779.

1) Copies of Deed.
m) Property owners list and self-adhesive labels.
n) 300-foot radius map.
o) School fees and land dedication agreements were executed
under the original subdivision map now in existence,
Carlsbad Tract #72-20, Unit No. 2, Map No. 7779. However,
should additional fees be required by the school districts,
agreements will be executed to cover same.
P) Copies of preliminary title report.
q) Copies of sewer permits.
In addition, I have attached a construction schedule showing our
five (5) proposed phases of development. You will note that we
anticipate to build one phase per year as indicated on the
construction phasing and sequencing site plan.
