An inspection of one unit of the duplex was conducted by Tony Mata
Principal Building Inspector, Peter Dreibelbis Building Inspector
II and Ray Garrison Building Technician on arch 7, 1991. This
inspection showed that all conditions as stated in a letter dated
February 27, 1991 had been complied with.
Mr Shinn is proposing to move the tenant in the upstairs unit next
door in to this unit. I have informed the tenant and her Attorney
that the unit now complies with the zoning and building codes
