Dear Pat:
The above subject address has one underground electric and one gas service to the premises.
The electric and gas meters for both units are located on 6730 Antelope Street.
In order to provide a separate electric and gas service to 6732 Antelope Street, the owner
would be responsible for providing the trench and conduit from our underground electric
handhole on Abejorro Street.
The gas service would also come from Abejorro Street.
Please let me know if you wish to proceed any further with this condominium conversion, and
I would be happy to meet with you and the owner to explain the procedure in detail.
