I am the applicant the on above referenced condominium
conversion and have filed an appeal to the planning
commission regarding a denial determination by the planning
director.
During the next few weeks I am going to be out of town quite
a bit and will be unavailable sometimes to communicate with
city staff. Because of this I have engaged the services of an
acquaintance of mine who is familiar with these matters to
