SUBJECT: CP 93-05 - COVE COMDOS "STIPE CONVERSION'1
Dear Mr. Riley:
Your request to rescind the denial of CP 93-05 pending
the City action on your zone code amendment application (regarding
condo conversions in the RW zone) is APPROVED. Processing of CP
93-05 will be held in abeyance including any mandatory time limits
until Council action on the zone code amendment (ZCA). Please note
that should the City approve the ZCA dealing with covered parking
requirements all other issues would need to be resolved prior to
City approval of CP 93-05.
