SUBJECT: CP 94-01 (A) - Planning Area B-1 Trellis/Patio Cover Design Guidelines
Dear Eric:
Enclosed for your review are the trellis/patio cover design guidelines for Planning Area
B-1. The guidelines and the exhibit are provided as requested to ensure that future
requests for trellis structures and patio covers by the home owners will not be obtrusive
or unsightly.
The text for the guidelines is located on sheet 1 of 3. The exhibit identifies all units that
would allow for a trellis or patio cover and the area where they could be built. This
exhibit can be incorporated into the condominium permit amendment and assist the
planning department in the future when the new home owners request a building permit
for a trellis or patio cover.
I believe that this was the only remaining issue for the condominium permit amendment
and upon your review of this information we are hoping that the project can be
scheduled for a Planning Commission hearing date.
