Re: Processing of Planning Area B-1
As I expressed during our telephone conversation earlier this week, Concordia
Homes wishes to meet with you to discuss processing options for Planning Area B-1
in the Poinsettia Shores Master Plan.
We are most interested in discussing the possibility of processing a minor
Condominium Permit amendment over the portion of Planning Area B-1 that would
contain units to be modified by Concordia Homes (Parcels B and D). This minor
amendment would not include the Watt Homes parcels (Parcels A and C). There
are two major concerns that we have in regards to this processing scenario and they
are as follows:
1. the ability to process a minor CP amendment without affecting the master plan
2. the effects on the ability to obtain a final map and grading permit for Planning
Area B-1
3. the effects on the ability for Watt Homes to move forward and obtain building
permits in Parcels A and C
The minor CP amendment will only include changes to the floor plans and
elevations of the units within Parcels B and D. There will be no changes to the
number of units, the location of unitsy lot lines, streets or grading. During the
processing of the minor amendment/we will be able to present verification on a unit
