The spreadsheets include front yard setback, required rear yard areas, lot coverage and building height. The spreadsheets show that none of the front yard setbacks contain a decrease in the setback distance greater than 10%. The number of 10' x 30' rear yards has decreased from 17 down to 3. The difference between the approved and the proposed percent lot coverage for each unit is less than 10%. All building heights have been decreased. The spreadsheets clearly demonstrate that the proposed changes are minor based on the parameters of the minor amendment criteria specified in the Planned Development Ordinance. Please review these spreadsheets and notify me of your determination regarding whether or not this project as proposed can be processed as a minor amendment.
