NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a
public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00
p.m. on Wednesday, April 5,1995, to consider a request for approval of a Condominium Permit for
16 clustered single family homes within the 2.4 acre P-C (Planned Community) zoned parcel of
Planning Area "B-2" in the Poinsettia Shores Master Plan on property generally located north of the
Batiquitos Lagoon and east of the railroad right of way, in the Coastal Zone, within Local Facilities
Management Zone 9 and more particularly described as:
A portion of Lot 79 of Map No. 11616 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, as recorded September 12, 1986 as File No. 86-402404, per
Certificate of Compliance recorded October 17,1989 as File No. 89-561703.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the staff report will be available on and after March 30,1995. If you have any questions,
please call Eric Munoz in the Planning Department at (619) 438-1161, ext. 4441.
If you challenge the Condominium Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written
correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
