SUBJECT: CP 95-02/MS 95-04 LAGOON WATERFRONT CONDOS
The amount of inclusionary housing in-lieu fees owed by the applicant for the subject project
to satisfy Condition No. 6 of CP 95-02 is provided below:
$11,485.00 (in-lieu fee) - $2,925 (impact fee) = $8.560.00
The reason for the reduction in the in-lieu fee is that the applicant paid the impact fee at
building permit issuance. After the units were constructed, the applicant applied for and
received a tentative parcel map to subdivide ownership which requires the payment of the in-
lieu fee.
