Pursuant to your request for the exact amount of fees required to satisfy Condition No. 6 of
the subject permit requiring the payment of the inclusionary housing in-lieu fee minus the
$5,850 impact fee previously paid, the total inclusionary housing fee for the condominium
conversion is $17,120.
