This correspondence is to inform you that Engineering Department staff are in receipt of your
October 19, 1995 facsimile regarding your concerns over parking and setback requirements
for the above referenced proposed project. Please be advised that this is a Planning
Department determination and not an engineering requirement. Staff is of the understanding
that some individuals from Bristol Cove and/or your office have been in contact with the City's
Planning Department over these issues and that staff did discuss with and inform these
individuals that the on-site parking and setback requirements are in conformance with
applicable City codes.
The Bristol Cove homeowners will be notified once a determination is made on this project and
will have ten (10) days within which to contact City staff to schedule an appointment to
discuss this issue before a final determination on the project is made.
