Please be advised that this is a Planning Department determination and not an engineering requirement. Staff is of the understanding that some individuals from Bristol Cove and/or your office have been in contact with the City's Planning Department over these issues and that staff did discuss with and inform these individuals that the on-site parking and setback requirements are in conformance with applicable City codes. The Bristol Cove homeowners will be notified once a determination is made on this project and will have ten (10) days within which to contact City staff to schedule an appointment to discuss this issue before a final determination on the project is made.
