Engineering Department staff have reviewed the tentative parcel map, application No. MS 97-13, as to its completeness for processing. The application is incomplete, as submitted. Although the initial processing of the application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this correspondence. Staff may, in the course of processing the application, request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise supplement the basic information required for the application. The project application does contain some engineering and planning issues of concern which must be resolved or adequately addressed prior to staff making a determination on the project. These issues of concern are as follows: 1. Use correct format for tentative parcel map (see example). 2. Provide statement of agreement to waive tentative subdivision time limits. 3. Provide letter from SDG&E regarding conversion of gas and electric to separate systems. 4. Provide copy of compliance inspection performed by Building Department. 1. Identify easements and license agreements outlined in preliminary title report. Specifically, Items Nos. 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and Parcels 1 through 4 from Exhibit "1". 2. Show existing street improvement (ie. driveway aprons, curb, gutter and sidewalks on both sides of street.). 3. Show sewer and water utilities within street fronting site. 4. Show street tree location per City code. 5. Show proof of Administrative Variance for reduced front and side yard setbacks. 6.
