Please be advised that the Architectural Committee has approved your Architectural and
Landscaping Improvement Request with the following condition:
1. A PUD Amendment Fee will be required when you file with the City of Carlsbad.
Please provide the Association with a copy of the approval from the City of
Carlsbad.
Please be aware that ARC approvals do not supersede City Building Codes. You should
contact the City Planning Department to determine what, if any, permits may be required.
