COMPLETENESS REVIEW
PROJECT ID: CP 99-02(D) STADARD DECK ADDITION
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any
comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions to the approving
resolution/letter:
1. The deck or any appurtenances shall not be constructed on any easement without
the easement holder's permission.
2. The deck or any appurtenances shall not be constructed in any drainage area,
over any drainage structure nor shall it alter drainage such that runoff is directed
on an unapproved course.
