A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that an Administrative Amendment to a Condominium Permit has been
applied for to allow a 220 square foot 10' x 22' second floor deck on the property generally
located at:
691 1 Tradewinds Drive
Carlsbad, California 92009
Assessors Parcel No. 214-600-04-15
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
