NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENT
TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
Notice is hereby given that an Administrative Amendment to a Condominium Permit has been
applied for to allow for a 266 square foot 15’ x 17’ 10” (approximate dimensions) attached
second story deck on property located at 6939 Tradewinds Drive.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
Condominium Permit Amendment is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If
