MS 99-05: DOAN MINOR SUBDIVISION
Dear Mr. Doan:
On August 23, 1999, the Planning Department sent a letter to you explaining the
outstanding issues for your application for a condominium permit (CP 99-10).
Addressing these issues will require changes to the site plan/tentative parcel map.
Since the plans will need to be revised, I cannot proceed with approving the minor
subdivision until such revised plans are submitted to the City and reviewed. Once all
issues are resolved for both the condominium permit and minor subdivision, conditions
of approval will be drafted for each permit.
