As you know, the circumstances of finding funding and cooperation from neighboring properties for construction of the necessary arterial roadway improvements have been difficult. With the improving economy, we are now proceeding aggressively with the preparation and plancheck of fmal engineering plans and anticipate that we. will be able to proceed with finalizing and constructing the project within the additional time allotted with this requested extension.
