Subject: Bressi Ranch Section 7 Biological Opinion (98004300-SKB) Reinitiation
Dear Ms. Bryant:
Lennar Bressi Ranch Venture, LLC has requested a formal Section 7 Consultation for
the Bressi Ranch project. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has provided
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) with a Biological Opinion (BO) for the
project. HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. (HELIX) and the applicant have
completed their review of the BO and based on conversations with Mr. John Martin
of the Service, one change to the BO is necessary. Based on this, the applicant Lennar
Bressi Ranch Venture, LLC is requesting that the consultation for the gnatcatcher be
reinitiated immediately so that the BO may amended as necessary. If you have any
