Subject: Landscape Plans for CT 02-14 Bressi Ranch Planning Areas 6-10 & 12
Accompanying this memo are five copies of the landscape plans for CT 02-14. These
plans contain the information required by the City's application form for a Tentative
Map. Unfortunately, the shading for fire suppression zones does not show up clearly on
the exhibits. This will be clarified on our next landscape plan submittal. There are only a
few small areas where there is an interface between the residences and native vegetation
that would necessitate the creation of these fire suppression zones.
These plans also show the height and location of all of the walls and fences that will be
provided by the development of these Planning Areas. Sheets L17, L-18 & L-19 show
preliminary designs for the Neighborhood Parks in Planning Areas 9, 10 & 12.
